MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

-Returns must be made within 30 Days. Restocking fees may apply. 

-Returns cannot be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number, issued by Outlast Uniform Corp. written on the box.

-Merchandise received without the appropriate RA Number will be refused.

-CUSTOMIZED items ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

-Embroidered or Decorated items MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless there is a manufacturing defect.

-Any alteration or customization made by the customer IS NOT RETURNABLE

-Health Department regulations stipulate that all merchandise returned for repair or credit must be cleaned or washed by the customer if it has been worn.

-It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt for:

      -Correct Style

      -Color

      -Size

      -Configuration/Customization

 

RESTOCKING FEES:

-Merchandise returned to Outlast Uniform Corp. because of refused shipment or customer error will be subject to a 10% Restocking Charge in addition to Freight Charges and C.O.D. Charges
